Workspaces

A workspace is a separate space for a brand, client or project. Channels, posts, templates, tags, team members and credits are separated per workspace. Switch workspaces in the top right; the same button creates a new one. Every workspace has its own URL, so a bookmark drops you in the right place.

Move posts between workspaces with the Move bulk action in the posts list. Only the owner can delete a workspace, under Settings; that wipes everything in it and cannot be undone.

Timezone

Every workspace has one timezone, chosen at creation and editable under Settings, General. All times in the composer, the Planner and the queue are in that timezone, no matter where a team member sits or what the browser thinks. Working for a client in another timezone? Set the workspace to the client's: 18:00 is then 18:00 at the client.

Two-factor authentication

Under Settings, Security you turn on 2FA: a code by email, or an authenticator app (TOTP) such as Google Authenticator or 1Password. With the app you get backup codes for when you lose your phone. The same card lists your trusted devices and lets you revoke one, for example an old laptop.

A new trusted device always triggers a notification; that one cannot be turned off.
