  1. Collapsed posts rail in Analytics

    • FixedAnalytics: the collapsed posts rail now previews your newest posts instead of your oldest.

  2. AI in the help center and better on mobile

    • FixedThe unsubscribe and confirmation links in the newsletter and the sign-in link from the password email work again.
    • NewThe website is now bilingual everywhere: the blog, the affiliate program and the error pages follow your language too, and the language switch is on every page.
    • ImprovedWebsite accessibility: a skip link to the content, a keyboard-friendly mobile menu, clear focus on buttons and a label on the newsletter field.
    • ImprovedCookie preferences: turning marketing cookies off now stops partner tracking right away, even if it was already running.
    • NewAI assistant in the help center: ask your question on uploadlane.com/help or under an article. The assistant knows every help article and links to the right one.
    • ImprovedCreating a post on your phone: preview, cover and AI score now open full screen, the button bar stays above the keyboard and fields no longer zoom in.
    • ImprovedChange the cover of a draft or scheduled post: the Choose cover button now sits next to your video, and the chosen cover stays visible when you open the post later.
    • FixedCalendar on mobile: month and list view scroll again, and the bottom rows no longer hide behind the address bar.
    • ImprovedPosts on mobile: the All, Post, Reel, Story filter and the list or board view now share one row.
    • FixedOn the website every page starts at the top, also via links to a section of a page.

  3. Easier scheduling

    • NewUpload several videos at once via New, Several videos. Every file becomes a post: spread over the free moments automatically (by default 09:00, 13:00 and 18:00 in your workspace timezone) or saved as a draft.
    • NewCover picker: click the video thumbnail in the composer, scrub through your video and pick the frame YouTube, Instagram and Facebook use as thumbnail.
    • NewPer-platform media checks under the media block: warnings for duration, file size and aspect ratio before you schedule.
    • NewComposer autosave: unsaved work is back when you reopen. Closing with a video in it saves a draft.
    • NewCommand palette with Cmd/Ctrl+K and shortcuts: c for a new post, g plus a letter to jump, ? for the list.
    • NewHelp at the bottom of the sidebar with help articles, shortcuts and What's new. The help center is also at uploadlane.com/help, with its own page per article.
    • NewExport analytics to CSV, per post or per day, from the Analytics toolbar.
    • ImprovedEmail when a post could not be published and when a channel needs reconnecting. On or off under Settings, Notifications.

  4. Inbox and publishing

    • ImprovedCommunity inbox with one status per comment: open or handled, with a visible Open | All switch. The counter updates right after a reply.
    • ImprovedAnalysis folders with color and sorting in the score and thumbnail check history. Searching in Inspiration is more accurate.
    • ImprovedOverview shows recent posts as list rows, with Facebook views included.
    • FixedSwitching workspaces shows fresh data right away instead of the old workspace for a few seconds.
    • FixedPublishing to Instagram and Threads retries a Meta error automatically; videos above Meta's bitrate limit are converted first.
    • FixedYouTube comments in the inbox no longer show raw HTML.

  5. Templates and workspace URLs

    • NewTemplates: save a post setup in the composer and manage name, color and content under Settings, Templates.
    • NewOwn URL per workspace, so a bookmark drops you straight into the right workspace.
    • NewContext field for the AI on the pre-post score and thumbnail check, also on the compare cards.
    • ImprovedPre-post score for videos up to 25 minutes. Duration limits per platform are checked when scheduling.
    • ImprovedThe date picker shows how many posts each day holds; the time picker spins like a drum. Tabs switch without a loading screen.
    • ImprovedReplacing media on a scheduled post is locked in the last 15 minutes before publishing.
    • FixedTikTok videos of 64 to 128 MB upload again; published TikTok posts get their link. The Posts tab refreshes itself.
    • FixedThe AI writer follows the language of your caption, not the app language.

  6. Stories with text and more AI

    • NewText on video stories, with a larger canvas and smoother dragging in the story editor.
    • NewActivity panel per post with team chat and revision history. Type filter Post, Reel or Story in the posts list.
    • NewThe chat about your analysis knows the full score and lets you pick Standard or Pro. Long-form videos get their own rubric.
    • ImprovedUploads up to 10 GB on Pro and Team. A new weekly recap stands out until you open it.
    • FixedA wrong 2FA code no longer leads to a dead end at login. More than 10 photos in a carousel now shows a notice.

  7. Inspiration per channel

    • NewInspiration: choose which channel the scan analyzes, or scan several channels together. For you scans after a click.
    • NewLikes on comments in the Community inbox, and a native video player in the app.
    • ImprovedPricing per workspace: a fixed amount per workspace with channel limits per plan.
    • ImprovedShow password at login; weak passwords are rejected. Meta connections are renewed well ahead of time.
