Templates and tags
Save a recurring post setup as a template and apply it in one click. Tags keep your posts and videos grouped by topic.
Templates
A template stores title, caption, hashtags, selected platforms and tags. Fill the composer the way you often use it, open the Templates button at the top and give your setup a name and a color. From then on it sits in that list; click it and the composer fills in. Picked the wrong one? The toast has an Undo.
Manage templates under Settings, section Templates. Edit name, color and content there, or delete a template. Templates belong to the workspace.
Tags
Tags are colored labels you attach to a post: a series, a client, a campaign. In the composer, open the tag picker, search or create a tag and pick a color. A tag belongs to the workspace, so your team shares the same set.
- Manage them under Settings, General, the Tags card.
- Deleting a tag removes it from all videos; the videos themselves stay.
- Templates can include tags, so a setup is labeled correctly right away.
