Posting and scheduling

Uploading several videos at once

Under New, choose Several videos. Every file becomes a post: spread over the free moments automatically or saved as drafts.

If you have a week of content ready, you do not need to open the composer twenty times. Click New and choose Several videos. The upload runs in three steps.

  1. Files: drag your videos or photos into the box (MP4, MOV, WebM, JPG, PNG or WebP) and give each file a title. For YouTube that title is required.
  2. Settings: choose the channels, a caption and hashtags that apply to the whole batch, and the scheduling: Spread automatically or Save as drafts.
  3. Upload: every file gets a row with progress. If one fails, retry it with one button; finished items stay.

Spreading automatically

With Spread automatically every file takes the next free moment, in your workspace timezone. By default those are 09:00, 13:00 and 18:00, every day; the modal shows the moments. If there are not enough free moments within 90 days, the modal says so up front: pick fewer files or save as drafts. The posts then sit under Posts, Scheduled tab, and in the Planner; you adjust the caption per post afterwards.

As drafts

Want to write first or pick the moments yourself? Choose Save as drafts. The files land without a time under Posts, Drafts tab.

If a photo is in the batch, TikTok and YouTube drop out for that batch: those platforms do not post photos.
